Screenings
Screening “J1”
The screenings “J1” should take place between the age of 12 and 14.
In addition to a detailed physical examination (organ systems, skeletal system, neurological examination), it includes the determination of height and weight, blood pressure measurement, urine check and an eye sight and hearing test. We will check your vaccination status and clarify whether a blood test is recommended. Of course, you can also ask questions about your health and/or other things that may concern you.
Questionnaire J1/J2pdf
Only available in German language
Screening “J2”
“J2” should take place between the age of 16 and 17. It is your opportunity to get a final health check-up in our office after the J1 screening and before adulthood. In addition to the detailed physical examination, the J2 focuses on the determination of height and weight, the recognition of hormonal disorders (e.g. related to puberty, thyroid gland, etc.), posture disorders and blood pressure changes.
If you wish so, we can also advise you on your choice of career from a health perspective, as this decision should take into account certain chronic diseases such as allergies.
IMPORTANT: Not all health insurances cover the cost of this additional screening. However, we gladly will determine in advance whether your insurance does so or not.

Vaccinations
Please bring your yellow vaccination booklet with you for us to check whether all vaccinations have been carried out according to your development or whether there is a need to catch up. Vaccination against HPV (human papillomavirus) is recommended for all girls from the age of 9. Since December 2019, vaccination against HPV is also recommended for boys.
Of course, we are happy to answer all your questions about vaccinations!
